TERMS OF SERVICE
FOR IS12 SERVER (SS13)

1. SERVER STATUS
----------------
This server is an UNOFFICIAL server and is not affiliated with Interstation12.
We do not present ourselves as the "Official IS12 Warfare" server.
In all announcements and on the BYOND HUB page, the server must be clearly
labeled as unofficial.

2. LICENSE TERMS
----------------
The server code is distributed under the GNU Affero General Public License v3.

HOST OBLIGATIONS:
- Provide the full source code of the server (including all modifications and
  additions) to all users of the server.
- Retain all copyright notices in the source files.
- Clearly indicate any changes made to the original code.

RESTRICTIONS:
- All original artistic assets (sprites, sounds, etc.) are the property of
  Interstation12 (© Interstation12). Their use in other projects without the
  copyright holder's explicit consent is prohibited.

3. SERVER RULES

All players must comply with the following rules:

3.1. Griefing
Intentional harm to other players or the server without a valid in-character
(IC) reason is strictly forbidden.

3.2. Metagaming
Using out-of-game information (voice chat, third-party messengers, etc.) to
gain an unfair advantage in-game is prohibited.

3.3. Self-Antag
If you are not an antagonist, you may not act as one. This includes damaging
the station, killing crew members without serious IC justification, and
similar actions.

3.4. OOC Communication Rules
- Sharing in-character information in OOC chat is forbidden.
- Insults, discrimination, threats, and harassment are prohibited.
- Advertising other servers with the intent of poaching players is forbidden.
- The primary language of the server is [ВСТАВЬТЕ ЯЗЫК, e.g., English/Russian].

3.5. Multi-accounting
- Each player must use a single BYOND account.
- Using multiple accounts in the same round is forbidden and will result in a
  permanent ban.
- If you share an IP address (e.g., family members), you must notify the
  administration in advance.

3.6. Erotic Roleplay (ERP)
Erotic roleplay is strictly forbidden on this server.

3.7. Cheating
The use of macros, exploits, modified clients, or any other tool that provides
an unfair advantage is prohibited.

3.8. Roleplay Standards
Players are expected to maintain a minimum level of roleplay consistent with
the server's theme (Warfare – tactical/command shooter).

4. ADMINISTRATION

- The administration reserves the right to apply sanctions (warnings,
  temporary bans, permanent bans) for violations of these rules.
- All administrative decisions are final unless otherwise provided by the
  appeal process.
- The administration reserves the right to intervene in gameplay to ensure
  balance and an enjoyable experience for all players.

5. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

The administration reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service at any
time. All changes will be announced on the server's website/Discord.
Continued use of the server after changes are posted constitutes your
acceptance of the updated Terms.
